This pneumatic needle valve provides precise air flow control and on/off functionality. With a 1/4 inch push-in fitting and an R 1/4 inch male threaded port, it offers easy installation and compatibility with various setups. The push-in fitting securely grips the tubing, ensuring a leak-proof connection. Suitable for air pressure up to 9 bar (130.5 psi) and vacuum applications up to -1 bar (-14.5 psi), it can withstand diverse operating conditions. NBR seals allow for temperatures ranging from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F), ensuring reliable performance in various environments. The rotatable needle enables precise adjustment of the flow rate, which can be locked in place with the locknut. By turning the needle clockwise, the flow rate is reduced, while turning it counterclockwise increases the flow. To prevent sudden actuator movements, adjust the flow rate gradually from the fully closed position.
