Shipping & Lead Times

At British Pneumatics, we supply a wide range of pneumatic, automation, and industrial components from both UK and international manufacturers. While we carry stock of selected items, many products are sourced directly from suppliers to ensure customers have access to the broadest possible range of specialist components.

Lead Times

Estimated lead times are displayed on the relevant product pages wherever possible. These estimates are based on information provided by manufacturers and suppliers and represent our best assessment at the time of ordering.

Please note:

  • Lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
  • Some products are sourced specifically against customer orders and may not be held in our warehouse.
  • Supplier stock availability can change without notice.
  • International shipments, customs processes, manufacturer production schedules, and transport disruptions may occasionally affect lead times.
  • Orders containing multiple items will generally be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise agreed.

Where a delay occurs that materially affects the expected delivery date, we will endeavour to notify you and provide an updated estimate.

Urgent Requirements

If your order is required for a time-critical application, machine breakdown, production line maintenance, or project deadline, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order. Our team may be able to confirm live availability, suggest alternative products, or advise on the fastest available delivery option.

Shipping

Orders are normally dispatched using DHL, Parcelforce, Royal Mail, UPS, and other specialist carriers as appropriate.

Delivery transit times shown at checkout relate to the courier service selected and apply after goods have been dispatched. Transit times do not include any product lead time shown on the product page.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Split Shipments

Where practical, orders may be split into multiple shipments to reduce waiting times. However, we reserve the right to hold and dispatch orders in a single shipment where this is operationally necessary or more economical.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other local charges unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery times for international orders may be affected by customs inspections or local carrier delays outside of our control.

Cancellations

Orders for stocked items may generally be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Products sourced specifically against a customer order, special-order items, non-stock items, or goods obtained from manufacturers on a customer's behalf may be subject to cancellation charges or may not be cancellable once procurement has commenced.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend or cancel an order.
