This pneumatic needle valve ensures precise airflow regulation and open/close control in cleanroom environments. Equipped with a 10 mm push-in fitting on one end and an R 1/4 inch male threaded port on the other, it facilitates seamless tube connections. Push-in technology secures the tubing with stainless steel claws. Suitable for operations up to 9 bar (130.5 psi), this valve also handles vacuum applications at -1 bar (-14.5 psi). NBR seals provide optimal performance within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). Adjust the flow rate by rotating the needle, secured by a locknut. Turn clockwise to reduce and counterclockwise to increase the orifice size. Ensure a gradual flow rate adjustment from a fully closed state.
