This pneumatic needle valve is designed for airflow throttling and open/close control in clean-room packaging applications. It features a 5/16 inch push-in fitting on one end and an R 1/4 inch male threaded port on the other, providing easy connection to tubing and other components. The push-in fitting's stainless steel claws ensure a secure hold. With a maximum operating pressure of 130.5 psi and suitability for vacuum applications down to -14.5 psi, this valve is versatile and reliable. NBR seals enable operation within a temperature range of 32 to 140 °F, making it resistant to freezing. A rotatable needle allows for precise adjustment of flow rate, locked in place by a locknut. Turning the needle clockwise reduces flow, while turning it counterclockwise increases flow. In the UK, this valve is a reliable and versatile solution for a wide range of pneumatic applications.
