This clean-room packaging elbow pneumatic needle valve is ideal for air flow throttling and open/close control. Its 6 mm push-in fitting on one side and R 1/4 inch male threaded port on the other side facilitate effortless connections. Fitted with stainless steel claws, the push-in fitting ensures a secure hold of the tubing. With a maximum operating pressure of 9 bar (130.5 psi) and suitability for vacuum applications down to -1 bar (-14.5 psi), this valve is versatile for various applications. Its NBR seals enable its use in temperatures ranging from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). The rotatable needle allows for precise adjustment of the orifice size and flow rate, secured by a locknut. Turn the needle clockwise to reduce and counterclockwise to increase the flow rate, starting from the fully closed state to prevent sudden actuator movement. Excessive torque should be avoided to maintain optimal flow characteristics due to the potential for deformation in the resin valve seat. Available in the United Kingdom, this pneumatic needle valve is a valuable addition to your industrial setup.
