This elbow pneumatic needle valve offers precise air flow throttling and open/close control. Its push-in fitting on one end and R 1/4 inch male threaded port on the other facilitate easy connections. The included stainless steel claws securely hold tubing in place. With a maximum operating pressure of 9 bar (130.5 psi) and vacuum suitability at -1 bar (-14.5 psi), this valve is reliable in various applications. NBR seals ensure operation within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F), preventing freezing. A rotatable needle allows for precise adjustment of the orifice size, controlling flow rate. The locknut secures the needle's position, ensuring stable performance. Rotate the needle clockwise to reduce flow and counterclockwise to increase it. Caution is advised when adjusting flow rate to prevent sudden actuator movement. Excessive torque should be avoided to maintain optimal flow characteristics.
