This pneumatic needle valve is engineered with a rotatable resin body for precise air flow throttling and open/close control. Its convenience includes a 6 mm push-in fitting on one end for easy tubing connection and a R 1/4 inch male threaded port on the other. The push-in fitting's stainless steel claws securely hold the tubing in place. Operating within a pressure range of -1 to 9 bar (-14.5 to 130.5 psi) and a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F), this valve is suitable for both vacuum and non-freezing applications. NBR seals ensure optimal performance. Adjust the orifice size to control flow rate using the rotatable needle, secured by a locknut. Turn the needle clockwise to reduce and counterclockwise to increase the orifice size. Start flow rate adjustments from a fully closed state to prevent abrupt actuator movement. Avoid excessive torque when adjusting the needle to maintain flow characteristics. This product is available in the United Kingdom.
