This adjustable pneumatic flow control valve allows for precise airflow control in one direction. It combines a needle valve and orifice check valve, providing adjustable flow rate and ensuring unidirectional airflow. The "meter-in" configuration regulates airflow from the push-in fitting port to the male threaded port. It features a 1/4 inch push-in fitting for easy tubing connection and a 1/4 inch male threaded port on the opposite side. With an operating pressure range of 0.5 to 5 bar, it is suitable for applications within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C. NBR seals ensure its durability. A rotatable needle adjusts the orifice size and flow rate; a locknut secures the setting. To avoid sudden actuator movement, start adjustments from the fully closed state. Excessive torque when adjusting the needle should be avoided to maintain the valve's flow characteristics. This flow control valve is available in the United Kingdom.
