Pisco JSC6-02B6mm - R1/4" Meter-In Elbow Flow Control Valve

This pneumatic flow control valve offers precise, one-directional air flow adjustment. It seamlessly combines a needle valve with an orifice check valve, allowing fine-tuning of flow rate while ensuring air flows in a single direction. The valve features a meter-in configuration, where flow is regulated from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting port. Conversely, the meter-out configuration controls flow from the push-in fitting port to the male threaded port. Its versatile design includes a 6 mm push-in fitting for effortless tubing connection and an R 1/4 inch male threaded port. With an operating pressure range of 1 to 9 bar, this valve is ideal for various applications. NBR seals enable operation within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C. A rotatable needle and locknut allow precise orifice size adjustment, determining flow rate. Adjust the orifice size by turning the needle clockwise to decrease and counterclockwise to increase flow.
