This multi-purpose pneumatic flow control valve offers precise, one-directional flow adjustment for various applications. It combines a needle valve's flow rate regulation with the unidirectional control of an orifice check valve. The meter-out design regulates flow from a male threaded port to a push-in fitting, ensuring controlled air distribution. Its versatile 6 mm push-in fitting and R 1/4 inch male threaded port enable seamless integration with tubing. The operating pressure ranges from 0.5 to 5 bar, suitable for a wide range of uses. NBR seals ensure optimal performance within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C. To adjust the flow rate, simply rotate the rotatable needle and secure it with a locknut. Clockwise adjustments decrease the flow rate, while counterclockwise adjustments increase it. When making adjustments, start from a fully closed position to prevent sudden actuator movements. Excessive torque should be avoided to maintain the valve's flow characteristics. This product is available in the United Kingdom.
