Pisco CVPC4-01B4mm - R1/8" Meter-Out Resin Type Straight Check Valve

This meter-in type resin straight check valve from the United Kingdom is designed to permit unrestricted flow in one direction while preventing it in the opposite direction. It features a spring-loaded poppet that obstructs the valve orifice. When air flows from the poppet side, the poppet is pushed away from the orifice's base, enabling airflow. Airflow from the opposite side presses the poppet against the base, blocking its path. This meter-in configuration allows for easy flow from the male threaded port while restricting it in the opposite direction. Conversely, the meter-out configuration has unrestricted flow from the male threaded port. The valve's push-in fitting on one end facilitates tubing connections. Simply insert the tube, and the fitting's stainless steel claws will secure it. The metered flow goes from the push-in fitting port to the male threaded port. It can withstand a maximum operating pressure of 9 bar (130.5 psi) and vacuum applications up to -1 bar (-14.5 psi). The valve's NBR seals ensure optimal performance in temperatures ranging from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F) (non-freezing).
