This clean-room packaging elbow pneumatic needle valve is designed for precise air flow throttling and open/close control. It features a 4mm push-in fitting for effortless tubing connection and an R 1/8 inch male threaded port. Suitable for operating pressures up to 9 bar (130.5 psi) and vacuum applications down to -1 bar (-14.5 psi), this valve boasts NBR seals for temperature tolerance from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). The rotatable needle allows for adjustable orifice size, which determines flow rate, and can be locked with a locknut. Adjustment should be made gradually from the fully closed position to prevent sudden actuator movement. Excessive torque during needle adjustment should be avoided to maintain optimal flow characteristics. Available in the United Kingdom, this valve meets clean-room packaging requirements.
