An elbow pneumatic needle valve designed for precise airflow control, this product features a 4 mm push-in fitting on one end for seamless tubing connection and an R 1/8 inch male threaded port on the opposite end. With NBR seals, it operates effectively within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F), excluding freezing conditions. The maximum operating pressure is 9 bar (130.5 psi), while it can also handle vacuum applications at -1 bar (-14.5 psi). The flow rate is easily adjustable via a rotatable needle, which is secured using a locknut. To regulate the flow, simply turn the needle clockwise to reduce the orifice size or counterclockwise to increase it. Begin adjustments from a fully closed state to prevent sudden actuator movement. Excessive torque during needle adjustments should be avoided to prevent deformation of the resin valve seat and maintain optimal flow characteristics.
