This elbow pneumatic needle valve is ideal for controlling airflow and performing open/close operations. On one end, it possesses a 6 mm push-in fitting, facilitating effortless connection to tubing. The other end features an R 1/8 inch male threaded port. The valve can withstand operating pressures up to 9 bar (130.5 psi) and vacuum applications with pressures as low as -1 bar (-14.5 psi). Its NBR seals enable operation within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). By rotating the needle, you can adjust the orifice size that determines the flow rate and secure it with a locknut. Remember to start from the fully closed state when making flow rate adjustments to prevent sudden actuator movements. Excessive torque should be avoided to maintain flow characteristics.
