This pneumatic needle valve is designed for both air flow throttling and open/close control applications. Featuring an 8 mm push-in fitting on one side and an R 1/8 inch male threaded port on the other, it utilizes a push-in fitting for easy tubing connection. Push the tube in and the fitting will secure it with its stainless steel claws. Suitable for operating pressures of up to 9 bar (130.5 psi), this valve is also vacuum-compatible up to -1 bar (-14.5 psi). Its NBR seals enable use in temperatures ranging from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). The valve employs a rotatable needle to adjust the orifice size, thereby controlling the flow rate. A locknut securely fixes the needle in place. Rotate the needle clockwise to decrease the orifice size and counterclockwise to increase it. Begin adjusting from the fully closed state to prevent sudden actuator movement. Avoid excessive torque when adjusting the needle to prevent deformation of the resin valve seat, which can impact flow characteristics. This valve is available for purchase in the United Kingdom.
