This Pisco pneumatic needle valve offers precise air flow control and open/close operation with its rotatable resin body. Featuring a 4 mm push-in fitting on one end and an R 1/8 inch male threaded port on the other, it simplifies connections. The push-in fitting securely holds tubing using stainless steel claws. Engineered to withstand pressures from -1 to 9 bar, it's ideal for both vacuum and pressurized applications. NBR seals ensure optimal performance within temperatures ranging from 0 to 60°C. By rotating the needle, you can adjust the orifice size and flow rate, securing it with a locknut. Adjust the needle clockwise to decrease flow and counterclockwise to increase it. Initiate adjustments from a fully closed state for smoother actuator operation. Avoid applying excessive torque on the needle to prevent alterations in flow characteristics due to valve seat deformation. This product is readily available in the United Kingdom.
