This pneumatic needle valve is made of rotatable resin body, which is ideal for managing airflow and on/off regulation. It features an 8mm rotatable push-in fitting on one end and a R 1/8 inch male threaded port on the other. The push-in fitting is user-friendly and requires just pushing the tube in place while the fittings secures it using stainless steel claws. This valve is suited for maximum operating pressure of 9 bar (130.5 psi) and vacuum applications up to -1 bar (-14.5 psi). It is equipped with NBR seals, enabling applications with temperatures ranging from 0 to 60° C (32 to 140 °F), excluding freezing. For flow rate adjustment, a rotatable needle modifies the orifice size and can be locked with a locknut. Turning the needle clockwise reduces the orifice size, and counterclockwise turns enlarge it. Initiate flow rate regulation from the fully closed state to prevent sudden actuator movement. Excessive torque should be avoided during needle adjustment as it may alter flow characteristics due to valve seat deformation. This product is available in the United Kingdom.
