Pisco JSC4-01B4mm - R1/8" Meter-In Elbow Flow Control Valve

This pneumatic flow control valve adjusts airflow directionally. Combining a needle valve with an orifice check valve, it regulates flow rate and ensures unidirectional flow. The meter-in configuration allows airflow from the push-in fitting port to the male threaded port. Its 4 mm push-in fitting simplifies tubing connections, utilizing stainless steel claws for secure attachment. The operating pressure range spans from 1 to 9 bar (14.5 to 130.5 psi), with NBR seals enabling operation within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). Flow rate can be adjusted using a rotating needle and locknut. Turn the needle clockwise to decrease and counterclockwise to increase orifice size. Adjust the flow rate gradually to prevent abrupt actuator movement. Excessive torque should be avoided to maintain flow characteristics. Available in the United Kingdom.
