Pisco JSC6-01AR1/8" - 6mm Meter-Out Elbow Flow Control Valve

This is a pneumatic flow control valve for precise adjustment of the air flow. With a one-directional flow, it comprises a combination of needle valve and orifice check valve. The needle valve allows for flow rate adjustment, while the orifice check valve ensures unidirectional air flow. This valve is designed for meter-out configuration, where the flow is controlled from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting. It features a 6 mm push-in fitting on one end and an R 1/8 inch male threaded port on the other, providing easy tubing connection. With a pressure range of 1 to 9 bar, it operates within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C. To adjust the flow rate, rotate the needle clockwise to reduce the orifice size or counterclockwise to increase it. A locknut secures the needle in place. Start from the fully closed position to prevent abrupt actuator movement. Avoid excessive torque when adjusting the needle to maintain optimal flow characteristics. Available in the United Kingdom.
