Pisco JSC6-01B6mm - R1/8" Meter-In Elbow Flow Control Valve

This versatile Pisco meter-in pneumatic flow control valve offers precise one-directional air flow adjustment from 1 to 9 bar (14.5 to 130.5 psi) operating pressure. Combining a needle valve with an orifice check valve, it enables flow rate control in one direction only. Its 6 mm push-in fitting simplifies connection, while its R 1/8 inch male threaded port ensures compatibility with various systems. The flow is effectively regulated as it passes from the push-in fitting port to the male threaded port. Featuring NBR seals, this valve works well within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). Its rotatable needle allows for easy orifice size adjustment, which in turn determines the flow rate. Adjusting the needle clockwise reduces the orifice size and decreases flow, while counterclockwise increases the orifice size and flow. Start with the valve fully closed to prevent sudden actuator movement. Avoid overtightening the needle to maintain optimal flow characteristics. This product is available in the United Kingdom.
