Pisco JSC8-01AKR1/8" - 8mm Meter-Out Low Cracking Pressure Elbow Flow Control Valve

This pneumatic flow control valve regulates airflow one-directionally, combining a needle valve and orifice check valve. The needle valve adjusts flow rate, while the orifice check valve ensures unidirectional airflow. The "meter-out" design regulates flow from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting port. The 8 mm push-in fitting simplifies tube connection, while the R 1/8 inch male threaded port provides a secure connection to other components. With an operating pressure range of 0.5 to 5 bar, the valve operates within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C. The rotatable needle adjusts the orifice size, determining flow rate, and is secured by a locknut. Turn the needle clockwise to decrease flow or counterclockwise to increase it. Start adjustment from the fully closed position to prevent sudden actuator movement and avoid excessive torque to maintain flow characteristics. This product is available in the United Kingdom.
