Pisco JSC8-01B8mm - R1/8" Meter-In Elbow Flow Control Valve

This meter-in configuration pneumatic flow control valve combines a needle valve and an orifice check valve, enabling one-directional adjustable airflow control. The needle valve adjusts flow rate, while the orifice check valve ensures airflow metering in a single direction. This valve features an 8 mm push-in fitting and an R 1/8 inch male threaded port, with the push-in fitting providing effortless tube connection. The push-in design employs stainless steel claws for secure tube fixation, with airflow metering occurring from the push-in fitting port to the male threaded port. Operating pressure ranges from 1 to 9 bar, and NBR seals allow for compatibility in temperatures ranging from 0 to 60°C. A rotatable needle adjusts orifice size and flow rate, secured with a locknut. Turning the needle clockwise reduces the orifice size and counterclockwise increases it, but excessive torque should be avoided to prevent deformation of the resin valve seat and altered flow characteristics.
