Pisco JSS8-01AR1/8" - 8mm Meter-Out Rotatable Flow Control Valve

The Pisco meter-out rotatable pneumatic flow control valve precisely regulates airflow in a single direction. This valve combines a needle valve and an orifice check valve, allowing for adjustable flow rates via the needle valve while ensuring unidirectional flow through the orifice check valve. The meter-out configuration controls airflow from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting, while the meter-in configuration operates in reverse. The rotatable 8 mm push-in fitting enables effortless tubing connections, securing the tube with stainless steel claws. The valve operates within a pressure range of 1 to 9 bar (14.5 to 130.5 psi) and is suitable for temperatures from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F) thanks to its NBR seals. The needle adjusts the orifice size, defining the flow rate, and can be locked in place with a locknut. Adjust the flow rate by turning the needle clockwise to reduce or counterclockwise to increase the orifice size.
