This elbow pneumatic needle valve, available in the United Kingdom, seamlessly regulates airflow by throttling or opening/closing. Its 10 mm push-in fitting seamlessly connects to tubing, securely held by stainless steel claws. With a maximum operating pressure of 9 bar (130.5 psi) and suitability for vacuum applications at -1 bar (-14.5 psi), this valve is versatile. Its NBR seals ensure adaptability in temperatures ranging from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). A rotatable needle allows precise adjustment of orifice size, controlling flow rate. Lock the needle in place with a locknut. Rotate clockwise to reduce, counterclockwise to increase orifice size. Start adjustments from the fully closed position and avoid excessive torque to maintain optimal flow characteristics.
