This pneumatic needle valve excels in air flow regulation and open/close control. It features a 3/8-inch push-in fitting and an R 3/8-inch male threaded port. The push-in fitting facilitates a seamless connection with tubing, securing it with stainless steel claws. Withstanding pressures up to 9 bar (130.5 psi) and operating in temperatures between 0-60°C (32-140°F), it also caters to vacuum applications at pressures as low as -1 bar (-14.5 psi). NBR seals contribute to its versatility. Adjusting the flow rate is achieved through a rotatable needle, locked in place by a nut. Turning the needle clockwise constricts the orifice, while counterclockwise motion expands it. Gradual adjustments from a fully closed state are recommended to prevent abrupt actuator movements. Excessive force during needle manipulation should be avoided to preserve flow characteristics. Available within the United Kingdom, this valve provides a comprehensive air flow control solution.
