This one-directional pneumatic flow control valve is a combination of a needle valve and an orifice check valve. The needle valve allows for flow rate adjustment, while the orifice check valve ensures that the air flow is metered in one direction only. The 1/4 inch push-in fitting on one side and the R 1/8 inch male threaded port on the other facilitate easy connection. The operating pressure ranges from 0.5 to 5 bar (7.25 to 72.5 psi). NBR seals make it suitable for applications within a temperature range from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). Adjust the orifice size with the rotatable needle and locknut, avoiding excessive torque to prevent deformation of the resin valve seat. This product is available in the United Kingdom.
