Pisco JSC1-4-02B1/4" - R1/4" Meter-In Elbow Flow Control Valve

This pneumatic flow control valve regulates air flow in one direction. It combines a needle valve for flow adjustment and an orifice check valve for unidirectional flow. The meter-in configuration controls flow from the push-in fitting to the male threaded port. It features a 1/4 inch push-in fitting for easy tubing connection and an R 1/4 inch male threaded port. The operating pressure ranges from 1 to 9 bar, with NBR seals suitable for temperatures from 0 to 60°C. The flow rate is adjusted using a rotatable needle, secured by a locknut. Turning the needle clockwise reduces the orifice size, while counterclockwise increases it. To start the flow, begin from a fully closed state. Excessive torque should be avoided to prevent deformation of the resin valve seat. This product is available in the United Kingdom.
