Festo's PUN-H plastic tubing (sold in the UK) measures 16mm in outside diameter, 11mm in inside diameter, and 2.5mm in wall thickness. This polyurethane tube, which weighs 0.123 kg/m, has a flow-relevant bending radius of 88mm and a minimum bending radius of 38mm. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -35 to 60 degrees Celsius and is suitable for use with compressed air, vacuum, and water. The temperature-dependent operating pressure ranges from -0.95 to 10 bar, and the pneumatic connection is a 16mm push-in fitting. The tubing is hydrolysis resistant, suitable for energy chains, and designed to withstand over 5 million cycles in accordance with FN 942021. It meets the Food Safe FDA Approval standard and has a fire test material rating of UL94 HB.
