This pneumatic flow control valve regulates air flow in one direction with precision. It combines a needle valve for fine-tuning flow rate with an orifice check valve ensuring unidirectional flow. The meter-out design allows flow control from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting. Its 1/4" push-in fitting facilitates easy tubing connection, while the metric M5x0.8 male threaded port on the other side ensures secure mounting. The valve operates within a pressure range of 0.5 to 5 bar (7.25 to 72.5 psi) and temperatures from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). The NBR seals ensure reliability in these conditions. Adjust the orifice size to control flow rate using the rotatable needle and locknut. Turn the needle clockwise to reduce flow and counterclockwise to increase it. Start adjustments from the fully closed state and avoid excessive torque to maintain optimal flow characteristics. This product is available in the United Kingdom.
