Pisco JSC4-M5BK4mm - M5 Meter-In Low Cracking Pressure Elbow Flow Control Valve

This pneumatic flow control valve regulates air flow in one direction through a combination of a needle valve and an orifice check valve. The needle valve adjusts the flow rate, while the orifice check valve ensures unidirectional flow. Available in the United Kingdom, its meter-in configuration controls flow from the push-in fitting port to the male threaded port. It features a 4mm push-in fitting for easy tubing connection and an M5x0.8 male threaded port. Its operating pressure ranges from 0.5 to 5 bar, with NBR seals suitable for temperatures from 0 to 60°C. Flow rate adjustment is achieved via a rotatable needle, locked with a locknut. Clockwise rotation reduces the orifice size, decreasing flow, while counterclockwise rotation increases flow. For optimal performance, start adjustment with the valve fully closed to prevent sudden actuator movement and avoid excessive torque to maintain flow characteristics.
