This meter-in elbow pneumatic flow control valve regulates airflow in one direction. Combining a needle valve for flow rate adjustment and an orifice check valve for unidirectional flow, it features a 6 mm push-in fitting and an M5x0.8 male threaded port. The push-in fitting simplifies tubing connection, while the flow is controlled from the push-in fitting port to the threaded port. With an operating pressure range of 0.5 to 5 bar, it incorporates NBR seals for temperature resistance from 0 to 60°C. The adjustable orifice size, controlled by a rotatable needle, sets the flow rate, which can be fully closed to prevent sudden actuator movements. Adjustment should be made without excessive torque to maintain flow characteristics. This valve is available in the United Kingdom.
