This adjustable pneumatic flow control valve precisely regulates air flow in a single direction. Combining needle and orifice check valve elements, it offers both flowrate adjustment and unidirectional flow control. The meter-out configuration ensures flow control from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting port. Featuring a rotatable 6 mm push-in fitting and an M5x0.8 male threaded port, this valve simplifies tubing connections via stainless steel claws. Operating within a pressure range of 0.5 to 5 bar, it withstands temperatures from 0 to 60°C. NBR seals enhance its suitability for various applications. Adjustment involves using the rotatable needle to alter orifice size, secured by a locknut. Turning the needle clockwise decreases flowrate, while counterclockwise increases it.
