Pisco JSS6-M5B6mm - M5 Meter-In Rotatable Flow Control Valve

This meter-in pneumatic flow control valve regulates airflow in one direction, combining a needle valve and orifice check valve. The needle valve adjusts flow rate, while the check valve ensures unidirectional flow. Its meter-in configuration controls flow from the push-in fitting to the male threaded port. It features a rotatable 6 mm push-in fitting for easy tubing connection and a metric M5x0.8 male threaded port. The valve operates at pressures ranging from 1 to 9 bar (14.5 to 130.5 psi) and temperatures between 0 and 60°C (32 to 140 °F). Its NBR seals make it suitable for non-freezing applications. A rotatable needle allows for precise flow rate adjustment via its orifice size, secured by a locknut. The valve seat is made of resin and should not be subjected to excessive torque during adjustment to avoid alterations in flow characteristics.
