This elbow pneumatic needle valve, available in the UK, enables airflow throttling and open/close control. It features a 1/4" push-in fitting on one end and an R 1/8" male threaded port on the other. The push-in fitting simplifies tubing connection, with stainless steel claws securely holding the tube in place. Suitable for pressures up to 9 bar (130.5 psi) and vacuum applications at -1 bar (-14.5 psi), it operates within a temperature range of 32 to 140 °F (0 to 60°C). NBR seals enhance its functionality. Using a rotatable needle, you can adjust the orifice size that governs flow rate, securing it with a locknut. Turn the needle clockwise to reduce flow and counterclockwise to increase it. To prevent abrupt actuator movement, commence flow rate adjustments from the fully closed state. Avoid excessive torque when adjusting the needle, as it may alter flow characteristics due to potential deformation of the resin valve seat.
