This rotatable pneumatic needle valve with a resin body is designed for air flow throttling and open/close control. It features a 5/16" push-in fitting on one end and an R 1/4" male threaded port on the other. The push-in fitting simplifies tubing connections by fixing the tube securely with stainless steel claws. Rated for a maximum operating pressure of 9 bar (130.5 psi) and suitable for vacuum applications down to -1 bar (-14.5 psi), this valve operates reliably within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). NBR seals ensure compatibility with various applications. By adjusting the rotatable needle, you can alter the orifice size and flow rate. Tighten the locknut to secure the needle and prevent unintentional adjustments. When adjusting the flow rate, start from the fully closed position to avoid abrupt actuator movements.
