Pisco JSC1-4-02AR1/4" - 1/4" Meter-Out Elbow Flow Control Valve

This pneumatic flow control valve allows for one-directional adjustment of airflow and combines a needle valve with an orifice check valve. The needle valve regulates flow rate, while the orifice check valve ensures unidirectional airflow. The flow is controlled from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting port, which simplifies tubing connection through stainless steel claws. Adjustable orifice size, determined by a rotatable needle, defines the flow rate, which can be locked in place with a locknut. Operating pressures range from 1 to 9 bar, and NBR seals enable operation within 0 to 60°C. Proper flow rate adjustment involves starting from a fully closed state, and excessive torque should be avoided to prevent deformation of the valve seat. UK-based distribution is available.
