It supports a maximum operating pressure of 9 bar (130.5 psi) and is suitable for vacuum applications down to -1 bar (-14.5 psi). The valve utilizes NBR seals, allowing for operation within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F) and preventing freezing issues. To adjust the flow rate, simply rotate the needle to modify the orifice size, and secure it using the locknut. Turn the needle clockwise to reduce the flow rate and counterclockwise to increase it. Begin adjustments from a fully closed state to avoid sudden actuator movements. Avoid excessive torque when adjusting the needle, as it may impact the flow characteristics due to potential deformation of the resin valve seat.
