The Pisco pneumatic needle valve is a rotatable resin body valve designed for air flow throttling and open/close control. Featuring a rotatable 4 mm push-in fitting on one end and an M5x0.8 male threaded port on the other, it simplifies tubing connections and ensures a secure fit with stainless steel claws. It operates effectively under a maximum pressure of 9 bar (130.5 psi) and can withstand vacuum applications at -1 bar (-14.5 psi). The NBR seals make it suitable for applications between 0 and 60°C (32 and 140 °F). The rotatable needle allows for precise adjustment of the orifice size to control flow rate. A locknut secures the needle, while the clockwise motion reduces and counterclockwise motion increases the orifice size. To prevent abrupt actuator movement, start flow rate adjustments from the fully closed state. Excessive torque when turning the needle should be avoided to prevent deformation of the resin valve seat and maintain optimal flow characteristics. This product is available in the United Kingdom.
