Pisco JSC1-8-M3AM3 - 1/8" Meter-Out Elbow Flow Control Valve

This pneumatic flow control valve allows for precise control of air flow in one direction. Combining a needle valve and orifice check valve, it offers adjustable flow rates while ensuring unidirectional flow. The meter-out design regulates airflow from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting. Featuring a 1/8 inch push-in fitting and an M3x0.5 male threaded port, it simplifies tubing connections. The push-in fitting secures tubing with stainless steel claws. Operating pressure ranges from 1 to 9 bar (14.5 to 130.5 psi), and NBR seals ensure compatibility within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). A rotatable needle adjusts the orifice size, defining the flow rate. The locknut secures the adjustment. Clockwise rotation reduces orifice size, while counterclockwise increases it. Start adjustment from the fully closed position to prevent abrupt actuator movement. Avoid excessive torque to maintain flow characteristics. This product is available in the United Kingdom.
