Pisco JSC5-16-02B5/16" - R1/4" Meter-In Elbow Flow Control Valve

This pneumatic flow control valve features a combined needle valve and orifice check valve. The needle valve enables flow rate adjustment, while the orifice check valve ensures unidirectional airflow. Utilizing a 5/16-inch push-in fitting on one end and an R 1/4-inch male threaded port on the other, the valve provides convenient tubing connection and meter-in airflow control. Within the operating pressure range of 1 to 9 bar (14.5 to 130.5 psi), this valve can withstand temperatures between 0 and 60°C (32 to 140 °F). Using a rotatable needle and locknut, the orifice size can be adjusted to regulate flow rate. The needle should be adjusted slowly, starting from the fully closed position, to prevent sudden actuator movements. Excessive torque should be avoided to maintain the valve's flow characteristics.
