This pneumatic flow control valve regulates air flow in one direction. It combines a needle valve for flow rate adjustment with an orifice check valve for one-way flow. The meter-in configuration allows flow from the 6 mm push-in fitting to the 1/4" male threaded port, while the reverse is true for meter-out. The push-in fitting simplifies tubing connections, using stainless steel claws to secure the tube. The operating pressure range is 0.5 to 5 bar, and the temperature range is 0 to 60°C. The orifice size can be adjusted using a rotatable needle, which should be turned clockwise to reduce flow and counterclockwise to increase it. Adjust flow rate starting from a fully closed state to prevent sudden actuator movements. Avoid excessive torque when adjusting the needle to maintain optimal flow characteristics.
