Pisco JSC8-01AR1/8" - 8mm Meter-Out Elbow Flow Control Valve

This pneumatic flow control valve regulates air flow in one direction, combining a needle valve and an orifice check valve. The needle valve adjusts flow rate, while the check valve ensures one-way flow. This "meter-out" configuration controls flow from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting. The valve features a push-in fitting on one end and a threaded port on the other, providing easy tube connection. The operating pressure ranges from 1 to 9 bar, with NBR seals ensuring suitability for temperatures between 0 and 60°C. A rotatable needle allows for orifice size adjustment, which defines flow rate. The needle can be fixed with a locknut. Adjust flow rate by turning the needle clockwise to decrease and counterclockwise to increase orifice size. Start from a fully closed state to prevent sudden actuator movement. Avoid excessive torque when adjusting the needle to prevent deformation of the valve seat.
