Pisco JSC8-03B8mm - R3/8" Meter-In Elbow Flow Control Valve

This pneumatic flow control valve regulates air flow in one direction. It combines a needle valve for flow adjustment with an orifice check valve for unidirectional flow metering. The meter-in design controls flow from the push-in fitting to the male threaded port. It features an easy-connect 8 mm push-in fitting on one side and an R 3/8 inch male threaded port on the other. The valve's operating pressure range is 1 to 9 bar, and its NBR seals allow it to operate within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C. Its rotatable needle valve, adjusted using a locknut, enables precise flow rate control. To avoid sudden actuator movements, start by closing the valve fully before adjusting the flow rate. Excessive torque when turning the needle should be avoided to prevent deformation of the resin valve seat, which may affect flow characteristics. This valve is available in the United Kingdom.
