This pneumatic needle valve, designed for airflow throttling and open/close control, features a rotatable resin body. One end is fitted with a rotatable 1/4 inch push-in fitting, and the other with an R 1/4 inch male threaded port. The push-in fitting offers hassle-free connection to tubing, effortlessly secured by its stainless steel claws. With a maximum operating pressure of 9 bar (130.5 psi), it also handles vacuum applications at -1 bar (-14.5 psi). NBR seals ensure compatibility in temperatures ranging from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). A rotatable needle adjusts the orifice size, precisely controlling the flow rate. Locknuts securely hold the needle in place. Clockwise rotation reduces the orifice size, while counterclockwise rotation increases it. Begin flow rate adjustments from the fully closed state to prevent sudden actuator movements. Avoid excessive torque when adjusting the needle, as this could compromise the flow characteristics due to potential deformation of the resin valve seat.
