This elbow fitting for pneumatic systems features dual connection ports, allowing a hose to be connected to a pipe or component. One port is a 12 mm push-in fitting, while the other is an R1/4 male threaded fitting with Teflon coating. The fitting boasts a 90-degree bend, with an unequal design where one port is smaller than the other. Its construction includes a PBT housing, POM connection material, and an NBR seal, enabling it to withstand pressures up to 10 bar and temperatures between 0 and 60 degrees Celsius. Vacuum applications are also suitable for this fitting. The push-in fitting is convenient to install, requiring only the insertion of pneumatic tubing into the fitting's release ring-end until it secures internally. Removal is equally simple, achieved by pushing the release ring inward and withdrawing the tubing. The fitting is compatible with Nylon, Polyethylene (PE), and Polyurethane (PU) tubing materials.
