Pisco JSS4-M5AKM5 - 4mm Meter-Out Low Cracking Pressure Rotatable Flow Control Valve

This adjustable air flow control valve incorporates a needle valve and an orifice check valve, allowing precise regulation of air flow in one direction. It features a 4 mm push-in fitting for easy tubing connection and a metric M5x0.8 male threaded port. The flow direction is controlled from the male threaded port to the push-in fitting. Its operating pressure range spans from 0.5 to 5 bar (7.25 to 72.5 psi), with NBR seals ensuring suitability for temperatures between 0 and 60°C (32 to 140 °F). Using a rotatable needle, the orifice size and flow rate can be adjusted, secured by a locknut. To avoid actuator movement, start adjustments from the closed state. Excessive torque should be avoided when turning the needle, as it may alter flow characteristics due to deformation of the resin valve seat.
