This rotatable pneumatic needle valve features a resin body and is used to control airflow throttling and open/close operations. With a push-in fitting on one end and a threaded port on the other, it simplifies tubing connections. NBR seals ensure compatibility with temperatures ranging from 32°F to 140°F, and the maximum operating pressure is 130.5 psi. Suitable for vacuum applications, it operates at a pressure of -14.5 psi. The rotatable needle allows precise adjustment of the orifice size, which determines the flow rate. A locknut secures the desired setting, and clockwise rotation reduces flow while counterclockwise increases it. Adjustments should begin from a closed state to prevent sudden movements, and excessive torque should be avoided to maintain optimal flow characteristics.
