Pisco JSC6-M5AM5 - 6mm Meter-Out Elbow Flow Control Valve

This meter-out elbow pneumatic flow control valve precisely regulates airflow in one direction. Combining a needle valve for flow adjustment and an orifice check valve for unidirectional flow, it offers exceptional control. It features a 6 mm push-in fitting on one end for convenient tubing connection, while the M5x0.8 male threaded port on the other end ensures secure mounting. The operating pressure range spans from 1 to 9 bar (14.5 to 130.5 psi), and NBR seals allow for operation within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F). To adjust the flow rate, a rotatable needle alters the orifice size, which is locked in place by a locknut. The needle rotates clockwise to reduce the flow and counterclockwise to increase it. Gradual adjustment is recommended to prevent sudden actuator movement. Excessive torque on the needle should be avoided as it can impact flow characteristics due to deformation of the resin valve seat. This valve is available in the United Kingdom.
