This meter-in rotatable pneumatic flow control valve offers precise, one-directional air flow adjustment. Combining a needle valve with an orifice check valve, it allows for flow rate adjustment while ensuring unidirectional flow. The meter-in configuration regulates flow from the push-in fitting to the male threaded port. Featuring a 6 mm push-in fitting for easy tubing connection and an M5x0.8 male threaded port, this valve operates at pressures ranging from 0.5 to 5 bar. With NBR seals, it withstands temperatures between 0 and 60°C. To adjust the flow rate, use the rotatable needle to modify the orifice size and secure it with the locknut. Gradual adjustments are recommended to prevent sudden actuator movements. Excessive torque should be avoided to maintain optimal flow characteristics. Available in the United Kingdom, this valve is ideal for various air flow control applications.
