This elbow pneumatic needle valve is designed for air flow throttling and open/close control. It features an 8 mm push-in fitting on one side for easy connection with tubing and an R 3/8 inch male threaded port on the other. The valve has a maximum operating pressure of 9 bar (130.5 psi), making it suitable for both compressed air and vacuum applications at a pressure of -1 bar (-14.5 psi). Its NBR seals ensure compatibility within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F), excluding freezing temperatures. The orifice size is adjustable using a rotatable needle, allowing for precise flow rate control. A locknut secures the needle in place, preventing accidental adjustments. For optimal performance, start from the fully closed state when adjusting the flow rate and avoid excessive torque, as this may alter the valve's flow characteristics.
